    Knorr cube
  • 1tsp
    ground ginger

How to make Fried Yam with Tomato and Pepper Sauce

  1. Peel and cut the yam into tiny pieces, put them into a bowl, and wash properly.

  2. Drain the dirty water, then add fresh water to cover the yam.

  3. Add 3 tablespoons of salt and mix everything together with your hands. Leave it for some time.

  4. Chop the onions, peppers, tomatoes, and scent leaf.

  5. Drain the water from the yam and put it into a sieve to continue draining.

  6. Heat oil in a frying pan.
