For the Tadka

  • 1tsp
    ghee
  • 1
    unit Kashmiri chili

How to make Hara Masala Boondi Kadhi

Preparation

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and add all the tadka ingredients. Sauté for 20-25 seconds.

  2. Add the yogurt and besan mixture to the pan. Cook while stirring continuously until it comes to a boil.

  3. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust the consistency as needed.
