How to make Fast, Flavorful, Fantastic Capsicum Sabji

  1. Mix the capsicum, onion, spices, peanut powder, and salt together.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and splutter the cumin seeds. Add garlic and green chili, and sauté briefly.

  3. Add the capsicum and onion mixture to the pan and roast for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Turn off the heat and mix in the yogurt. Turn the flame back on, cover the pan, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sabji is tender.
