Aam Panna Mixture

  • 500g
    Raw Mango
  • 1/2cup
    Mishri
  • 1/2cup
    Pudina leaves
  • 1/2tsp
    Black pepper
  • Black salt
  • 1tsp
    Cumin powder

For Drinks

  • 1/2cup
    Aam mixture
  • 2cup
    Water
  • Ice cubes

How to make Aam Panna

Prepare Aam Panna Mixture

  1. Boil raw mangoes without peeling.

  2. Once boiled, let it cool down and peel away the skin.

  3. Collect the mango pulp in a bowl.

  4. Add the mango pulp, pudina leaves, mishri (sugar), cumin powder, black pepper, and black salt in a grinder jar and grind.

  5. You can store this mixture in the fridge.

Prepare the Drink

  1. Mix 1/2 cup of the aam mixture with 2 cups of water.

  2. Add ice cubes to the drink before serving.
