Grinding
Soak the bengal gram dal for 1 hr
Keep aside some soaked bengal gram Rest of the gram strain the water. Grundy into a coatse paste.
Add the garnishing to the coarse paste and add the few soaked bengal gram
Mix all the ingredients well and add salt.
Make into small flattened balls
Add to the oil and fry well
Remove from the frying pan and serve with rice or with sauce as evening snack
