How to make Hot Chocolate Cake

  1. Step 1

    In a wide 15cm round microwavable bowl, add the NESTLÉ Creamy Marshmallow and Chocolate Flavored Hot Chocolate, flour, and baking powder and mix until combined.

  2. Step 2

    Create a shallow hole in the centre of the dry ingredients and add the oil, milk, and ½ cup of hot water. Whisk with a fork until a smooth batter has formed. Ensure to mix until there are no lumps!

  3. Step 3

    Microwave the cake batter for 3 minutes or until just cooked through.

  4. Step 4

    Allow the cake to rest, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Dust the top of the cake with more hot chocolate powder. Slice and serve warm with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprig of mint and enjoy!
