Gulgule in Appe pan
Ingredients

(1 serving = 3)
- 1/2cupWhole wheat flour
- 1tspFennel seeds
- 1/2tspCardamom powder
- 3tbspSugar
- 1/2cupYogurt thick dissolved in 1/4 cup of water
- Water if necessary
- 1/4tspBaking soda
How to make Gulgule in Appe pan
Take a bowl. Add flour, fennel seeds, cardamom powder and sugar to it. Stir with a fork to mix the ingredients. Add yogurt and mix well. Add little water to lighten it up. The batter should be of pancake consistency.
Let the batter rest for 15 minutes. Grease the appe pan and warm it up. Add baking soda to the batter and mix. Take tablespoon. Add a dollop in each hole. Cover and cook on low flame for 3 minutes. It has sugar in it so don't cook on high flame. Remove cool and dust with sugar.
