- Add oil, chicken, onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric in pressure cooker.
2. Cook on high flame till water of chicken dries.
3. Add water and give pressure of 25 minutes.
4. Shift chicken to a wide open pan and cook on high flame. Mash tomatoes with spatula.
5. Add crushed red chilli, cumin corriander powder and all spice powder. Mix well.
6. Add butter and mix well.
7. When water is about to dry, add black pepper powder and mix well.
8. When water gets dried and oil separates, add green chilli and steam cook for 5 minutes.
9. Serve with naan, raita and salad.
