A delicious and crispy poha recipe perfect for a large gathering.

Ingredients

(1 serving = 1 bowl)
  • 200mL
    Vegetable oil
  • 1
    bowl Peanuts
  • 1
    bowl Roasted Bengal gram
  • 1
    bowl Corn flakes
  • 1bundle
    Curry leaves
  • 1tbsp
    Mustard seeds
  • 3tbsp
    Jeera (Cumin seeds)
  • 2tbsp
    Turmeric powder
  • 5tbsp
    Red chilli powder
  • 1 1/2kg
    Poha
  • 1dash
    Salt

How to make Very Crispy Yummy Poha

  1. Heat oil in a kadai.

  2. Add peanuts, roasted Bengal gram, and corn flakes. Roast until they are golden brown.

  3. Add mustard seeds and jeera. Allow them to crackle.

  4. Add curry leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well.

  5. Add poha and roast it nicely until it becomes crispy. Ensure the gas flame is on medium.

  1. Ensure the poha is roasted evenly for maximum crispiness.

  2. Adjust the red chilli powder according to your spice preference.
