A delicious and crispy poha recipe perfect for a large gathering.

- 200mLVegetable oil
- 1bowl Peanuts
- 1bowl Roasted Bengal gram
- 1bowl Corn flakes
- 1bundleCurry leaves
- 1tbspMustard seeds
- 3tbspJeera (Cumin seeds)
- 2tbspTurmeric powder
- 5tbspRed chilli powder
- 1 1/2kgPoha
- 1dashSalt
How to make Very Crispy Yummy Poha
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add peanuts, roasted Bengal gram, and corn flakes. Roast until they are golden brown.
Add mustard seeds and jeera. Allow them to crackle.
Add curry leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add poha and roast it nicely until it becomes crispy. Ensure the gas flame is on medium.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the poha is roasted evenly for maximum crispiness.
Adjust the red chilli powder according to your spice preference.
