How to make The Banana bread - Cake

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven then Grease and flour a large pan/ baking tin 16"

  2. Step 2

    In a large bowl measure out. All ingredients and mix well or use a food mixer to combine all the ingredients

  3. Step 3

    Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake at 170°C for 60 minor until golden brown and toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.

  4. Step 4

    Cool the cake for 5 mins then turn out onto rack and cooled completely

    Cake will be soft and moist. Enjoy!!
