To make Atta Bread, start by activating the yeast in warm milk with sugar. Once it's bubbly, mix in whole wheat flour, salt, and oil. Knead the dough, let it rise for about 2 hours, then shape it and let it rise again before baking at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

  2. Can I substitute ingredients in the Atta Bread recipe for dietary restrictions?

Yes, you can substitute the milk with a plant-based alternative like almond or soy milk for a dairy-free version. For a gluten-free option, use a gluten-free flour blend instead of wheat flour, but keep in mind that the texture may vary.

  3. What is the best way to store homemade Atta Bread?

To store homemade Atta Bread, let it cool completely, then wrap it in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place it in an airtight container. It can be kept at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerated for up to a week. For longer storage, consider freezing it.

  4. What can I serve with Atta Bread for a complete meal?

To ensure your Atta Bread rises well, make sure your yeast is fresh and activated properly in warm milk. Allow the dough to rest in a warm, draft-free area for the recommended time. If your kitchen is cold, you can place the dough in an oven with the light on to create a warm environment.
