How to make Tasty Grain-Free Pulao

  1. Step 1

    Finely chop cauliflower and cabbage. Set aside.

  2. Step 2

    Cook the chicken pieces with salt and chilli powder.

  3. Step 3

    Heat a pan and add ghee.

  4. Step 4

    Once the ghee is hot, add chopped garlic and sauté until the raw taste is gone.

  5. Step 5

    Add celery and sauté.

  6. Step 6

    Add chopped cabbage and cauliflower, sauté for 3-4 minutes, then add drumstick leaves.

  7. Step 7

    Cook for 2 minutes, then add pepper and salt.

    Turn off the flame. The grain-free pulao is ready.
