This is an extremely tasty grain-free lunch recipe. Very easy to make. A grain-free diet has lots of benefits like reduced inflammation, helps in weight loss, control blood sugar levels, improve digestion, and for clearer skin.

Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 1 cup)
  • 100g
    Cabbage
  • 50g
    Cauliflower
  • 1cup
    Drumstick leaves
  • 1cup
    Chicken pieces
  • 2tsp
    Celery
  • 3tbsp
    Chopped garlic
  • 1tsp
    Chilli powder
  • 1
    Pepper
  • 1
    Salt
  • 1tbsp
    Ghee
  • 2tsp
    Chopped garlic

How to make Tasty Grain-Free Pulao

  1. Finely chop cauliflower and cabbage. Set aside.

  2. Cook the chicken pieces with salt and chilli powder.

  3. Heat a pan and add ghee.

  4. Once the ghee is hot, add chopped garlic and sauté until the raw taste is gone.

  5. Add celery and sauté.

  6. Add chopped cabbage and cauliflower, sauté for 3-4 minutes, then add drumstick leaves.

  7. Cook for 2 minutes, then add pepper and salt.

  8. Turn off the flame. The grain-free pulao is ready.
