How to make Mutton Boti Roast

Preparation

    Crush the pepper, cumin seeds, and fennel seeds.

    To the cleaned boti, add chilly powder, curry leaves, salt, green chilly, 1 tbsp coconut oil, and the ground masala.

    Pressure cook for 6-7 whistles until it's cooked well.

  3. Step 3

    Once the pressure is completely gone, open the lid.

    Put a pan on the stove and add the remaining 3 tbsp of coconut oil.

    Add sliced onions and cook until they become light brown.

    Add the cooked boti to the pan and mix well.

  7. Step 7

    Cook on medium to high flame until the water content is completely absorbed.

  8. Step 8

    Finally, add garam masala powder and fresh curry leaves and mix well.

  9. Step 9

    Close the lid for 5 minutes.
