- 150gboneless chicken
- 1egg
- 1/2tspchilli powder
- 1/2tspcrushed chilli
- 1tsppepper powder
- 1tbspchilli sauce
- 1tbsptomato sauce
- 1tspgarlic paste
- 1tsporegano seasoning
- 1tbspall purpose flour
- 2tspcorn flour
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
- 2tbspcapsicum
For Spicy Mayonnaise
- 4tbspmayonnaise
- 2tbsptomato sauce
- 2tbspchilli sauce

How to make Chicken Bread
Prepare the Dough
In a bowl, add lukewarm milk, sugar, and instant yeast. Mix it and let it rest for 5 minutes or until it ferments.
After that, add all-purpose flour. Mix it and knead until it becomes a soft, non-sticky dough.
Cover it and Let it rest for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, take a 6-inch cake tin, grease it, and place butter paper in it.
Place the dough in the tin and gently flatten it using your hand, slightly pulling the sides to create a small bowl shape.
Spread some tomato ketchup and sprinkle some white sesame seeds over it.
Place a small greased bowl in the center of the dough and pour some water into it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Remove the bowl with water and bake the bread for another 5 minutes.
De-mold the bread immediately and spread some butter on it to keep it soft. Set aside.
Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, add chicken pieces, egg, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, garlic paste, chilli powder, crushed chilli, pepper powder, salt, and oregano seasoning. Mix and let it rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
After 2 hours, take it out from the refrigerator, add all-purpose flour and corn flour, and mix well.
Fry the mixture until cooked.
Shallow fry the capsicum.
Assemble the Chicken Bread
For spicy mayonnaise, mix mayonnaise, chilli sauce, and tomato sauce together.
Take the bread, add spicy mayonnaise to the center, then place the fried chicken and fried capsicum on top.
Sprinkle some white sesame seeds over the top.
Your tasty and filling chicken bread is ready to serve.
