Ingredients

For base

  • 1cup
    moong daal
  • 2
    green chilli
  • 1in
    ginger
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2tsp
    turmeric powder
  • 4
    tomatoes
  • 5
    cloves garlic
  • 1/2tsp
    degi mirch
  • 1tsp
    pizza seasoning
  • 1tbsp
    tomato ketchup
  • vegetables as per choice
  • 4tbsp
    cheese
  • 1tbsp
    Eno
  • 1tsp
    oil

Method

Let’s prepare

  1. Blanch the tomatoes and remove skin

  2. Put it in a mixer and make a puree

  3. In a pan take oil and add minced garlic followed by tomatoe puree

  4. Add salt,chilli powder,pizza seasoning and ketchup

  5. Cover it and cook on simmer till it becomes half

  6. In a mixer jar add soaked moong daal with ginger ,chillies ,salt and turmeric powder

  7. Make a paste ,pour into a bowl and add eno

  8. In a non stick pan,spread the batter

  9. Flip it and switch off the flame while u add toppings

  10. Add pizza puree followed by vegetables

  11. Add cheese and cover it, switch on the flame and let it cook on simmer till cheese melts

  12. Once cheese is melt add pizza seasoning again

  13. Cut into slices and serve hot
