Ingredients

  • 2piece
    bread toasts
  • 250g
    paneer
  • 250g
    thick curd
  • 6clove
    garlic
  • 1tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1tbsp
    honey
  • 1tbsp
    coriander leaves
  • 1piece
    onion
  • 1tsp
    oil
  • 100g
    cherry tomatoes
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper powder as per taste

How to make Tomato Bruschetta

  1. In a pan, add oil.

  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until it changes color.

  3. Add 2-3 chopped garlic cloves and sauté briefly.

  4. Switch off the flame and keep the mixture aside.

  5. In a mixer jar, add paneer, curd, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Blend to make a thick paste.

  6. Pour the paste into a bowl.

  7. Add caramelized onion and garlic into the paste.

  8. Add some coriander leaves and mix well.

  9. Refrigerate the dip for 1-2 hours until it thickens.

  10. In a pan, sauté cherry tomatoes until they become soft.

  11. Toast the bread.

  12. Spread the paste on the toasted bread using a spoon or butter knife.

  13. Add sautéed cherry tomatoes on top and enjoy.
