For base

  • 3
  • 1/2tsp
    olive oil for greasing
  • salt as per taste
  • chat masala as per taste
  • any seasoning as per taste
  • roasted jeera powder as per taste
  • 1/2tsp
    Kasturi methi


Let’s prepare

  1. Grease the bowls with oil

  2. Pour one egg in each bowl

  3. Whisk the egg very lightly with a fork

  4. Put the bowls in the boiling water to steam and cover with lid

  5. Let it cook on simmer for 12- 15 minutes

  6. Mix all the spices in a separate bowl

  7. Insert the knife to check if it’s done

  8. Scrape the corners with butter knife and serve in plate

  9. Sprinkle your masala on the top

  10. Add vegetables of your choice on the sides
