  • 1/4

    sooji
  • 1/4cup
    curd
  • water as required
  • salt as per taste

    eno fruit salt

Let’s prepare

  1. Put sprouts, ginger, chillies,sooji,curd , salt and water in a mixer jar

Tips & Tricks

  1. Use as less oil as possible for greasing the idli plates

  2. Put the idli batter plates in steamer when it’s boiling hot
