Healthiest idli that can be eaten without any regret even on your weightloss journey

Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 4 idlis )

For base

  • 1 1/2cup
    sprouts
  • 1/4
    ginger
  • 2
    green chilli
  • 1/4cup
    sooji
  • 1/4cup
    curd
  • water as required
  • salt as per taste
  • 1
    eno fruit salt

Method

Let’s prepare

  1. Put sprouts, ginger, chillies,sooji,curd , salt and water in a mixer jar

  2. Make a thick batter

  3. Greese the idli plates

  4. Add eno to the batter

  5. Pour the batter into idli plates

  6. Steam for 15 -20 minutes till it’s cooked

  7. Once it’s cool down , demould with the help of butter knife

  8. Serve hot once it’s done

Tips & Tricks

  1. Use as less oil as possible for greasing the idli plates

  2. Put the idli batter plates in steamer when it’s boiling hot
