    sprouts
  • 1/4
    ginger

    green chilli
  • 1/4cup
    sooji
  • 1/4cup
    curd
  • water as required
  • salt as per taste
  • 1
    eno fruit salt

How to make Sprouts idli

Let’s prepare

  1. Put sprouts, ginger, chillies,sooji,curd , salt and water in a mixer jar

Tips & Tricks

  1. Use as less oil as possible for greasing the idli plates
