(1 serving = 4 idlis )
For base
- 1 1/2cupsprouts
- 1/4ginger
- 2green chilli
- 1/4cupsooji
- 1/4cupcurd
- water as required
- salt as per taste
- 1eno fruit salt
How to make Sprouts idli
Let’s prepare
Put sprouts, ginger, chillies,sooji,curd , salt and water in a mixer jar
Make a thick batter
Greese the idli plates
Add eno to the batter
Pour the batter into idli plates
Steam for 15 -20 minutes till it’s cooked
Once it’s cool down , demould with the help of butter knife
Serve hot once it’s done
Tips & Tricks
Use as less oil as possible for greasing the idli plates
Put the idli batter plates in steamer when it’s boiling hot
