When you are bore with sprouts salad or want to include sprouts in your lifestyle,this recipe is a saviour

Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 6 bites )

For base

  • 5tbsp
    black chana aata
  • 6tbsp
    chopped sprouts
  • salt as per taste
  • 1pinch
    Garam masala
  • water as per requirement

Method

Let’s prepare

  1. Add black chana aata in a bowl

  2. Add chopped sprouts from chopper

  3. Add salt and garam masala

  4. Add water to set consistency

  5. Knead dough or make a paste as per ur requirement

  6. Spread in bites on hot tawa as per your desired shape

  7. Cover n let it cook in steam

  8. Pour a little oil and cook it gently

  9. Serve hot or pack in lunchbox

Tips & Tricks

  1. Use non stick tawa to avoid excess oil
