If you are a fitness freak but also a pasta lover then this pasta recipe is perfect for you

Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 bowl )

For base

  • 1cup
    Chickpea pasta
  • 5clove
    garlic
  • 1tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1
    onion
  • 5
    cauliflower florets
  • 50g
    paneer
  • 6
    cashew
  • 2tbsp
    milk
  • 3tbsp
    water
  • salt as per taste
  • pepper powder as per taste
  • pizza seasoning as per taste
  • 2
    spring onion for seasoning

Method

Let’s prepare

  1. Boil chickpea pasta in water with little salt and oil

  2. In a mixer jar add cauliflower,paneer,cashew,milk and water

  3. Make a paste of it and your white sauce is ready

  4. Now take a pan n heat oil

  5. Add garlic followed by onion and sauté it

  6. Add salt and pepper powder

  7. Add healthy white sauce which you have prepared and let it cook under lid

  8. Now add your boiled pasta and give it a mix , cover it and cook on simmer

  9. Add pizza seasoning and mix again

  10. Cook it on simmer with a lid on

  11. Add spring onion for garnishing

  12. Serve hot

Tips & Tricks

  1. Add cheese for extra cheesy flavour

  2. use butter if not olive oil
