(1 serving = 1 bowl )

For base

  • 3/4cup
    moong daal
  • 1/4cup
    rice
  • 1tsp
    ghee
  • 1tsp
    jeera
  • 1tsp
    turmeric powder
  • salt as per taste
  • Black pepper powder as per taste
  • 1
    onion
  • 1
    tomato
  • 1tbsp
    coriander leaves
  • 5cup
    water

How to make Moong daal khichdi healthy way

For preparation

  1. Take a pressure cooker and add ghee followed by jeera

  6. Add soaked daal rice mixture ( soaked for 30 minutes)
