Take a pressure cooker and add ghee followed by jeera
- Step 2
Add turmeric powder
- Step 3
Add onion and tomato and sauté it till it changes colour
- Step 4
Add little water and let it get soft and mushy
- Step 5
Add salt and pepper powder
- Step 6
Add soaked daal rice mixture ( soaked for 30 minutes)
- Step 7
Add 5 cups of water and give a good mix
- Step 8
Now give 5 whistles on medium flame
- Step 9
Once steam is naturally out open the cooker and add garam masala

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
