How to make Garri Chips
- Step 1
In a bowl, pour in the garri.

Add milk and sugar to the garri.
- Step 3
Add suya pepper( you can go through my other recipes to find out how to make suya pepper) and add little vegetable oil.

Pour in hot water and cover for a minute.
- Step 5
Stir the mixture together.
- Step 6
Add butter and stir very well.
- Step 7
Scoop out the mixture and place it on parchment paper.
- Step 8
Cover with another paper and flatten using a rolling pin.
- Step 9
Cut into different sizes and shapes.
- Step 10
Fry in a pan of hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
