Ingredients

How to make Crepes
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract (if using).
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth. The batter should be thin and free of lumps.
Heat a small non-stick pan or crêpe pan over medium heat.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and tilt to evenly coat the bottom.
