How to make French Fry With Dry Fried Beef
Preparation
Peel the potato carefully and cut off both ends. Slice the potato lengthwise into thin slices. Stack these slices and cut them lengthwise into thin strips, creating the perfect french fry shape. Adjust the thickness of the fries based on your preference.
Wash the sliced potato strips and place them in a clean bowl.
Tenderize the beef and cut it to your desired shape and size. Put it in a clean bowl.
Cut the onion into small piece and put it in your cooking pan.
Cut you tomato into your preferred shape and size and put it in a clean bowl.
Cut the green pepper bell into medium size cubes and keep them in a clean bowl.
Cooking
Put oil in your cooking pot, enough to deep fry the potato strips.
Heat the oil until hot and put the uncooked fries in.
Let them cook until the potato strips float on the oil. Remove them and place in a serving bowl.
Add two teaspoons of oil to the cooking pot with your onions.
Let the onions cook until golden brown.
Add beef, two tablespoon full of water and some salt then cover and let it cook for 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes and the garlic paste. Stir while letting the tomatoes cook.
Add some water and cover to let it cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the green pepper bell and a little turmeric.
Let it cook for 2 minutes.
The dry fried beef is ready.
Pour it on the French fries in the bowl and mix.
Enjoy.
Goes well with a glass of juice.
