A creamy and aromatic coconut rice flour pudding infused with cardamom and cumin.

Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 1 bowl)
  • 250g
    rice flour
  • 1cup
    coconut milk
  • 2
    pod cardamom, crushed
  • 1/2tsp
    cumin seed
  • 1/2tbsp
    coconut oil

How to make Coconut Rice Flour Pudding

  1. Stir the rice flour with hot water until smooth and free of lumps.

  2. Add half of the coconut milk and mix well.

  3. Add the remaining coconut milk and stir again.

  4. Add the crushed cardamom and cumin seeds, and mix well.

  5. Add coconut oil and mix well, pour the batter to steel container to the steamer

  6. After 10mints we can have tasty pudding 🍮

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure the water is hot enough to help dissolve the rice flour smoothly.

  2. Adjust the thickness by varying the amount of coconut milk.
