Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = I glass 1 person)
  • 1cup
    Pineapple and a half
  • 1
    mango
  • cup
    I of milk
  • Quarter dragon fruit

How to make Mango-dragonfruit smoothie

To start with in one blender:

  1. Add a cup of pineapple,mango,milk and blend. Then set aside

    In another blender take half a cup of pineapple,dragon fruit and add some milk then blend.

    Take a glass,add the first smoothie you blended,put a half then fill it up with the second smoothie with dragon fruit.
