A flavorful and creamy sauce made with mint, tahini, and Greek yogurt, perfect for serving with grilled dishes.
Ingredients

(1 serving = 1/4 cup)
- 1handful Mint
- 3cloveGarlic
- 2pieceChilli bullets (deseeded)
- 1pieceSpring onion
- 1tspMayonnaise
- 1/2cupTahini
- 3tbspGreek yogurt
- 3tspLemon juice
- 2tbspWater (optional)
- 1/4tspCumin powder
- 1pinchSalt
- 1dashBlack pepper
How to make Mint& garlic tahini dip
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl, serve, and enjoy.
Tips & Tricks
If the mixture is too thick, thin it with 2 tbsp of water.
Blend until it's well mixed. It doesn't have to be completely smooth; a grainy texture is still enjoyable.
Serve with grilled dishes.
