How to make Bean sauce ( madesu)

  1. Boils the white beans for 20 minutes into water

  2. throw away the water . Put the 1.7 ml of water and boils it 20 minutes again

  3. In a pan, brown the vegetables oil with the onions, garlic ,celery, shallot french and the tomato paste

  4. Add the mixture with the white beans. Mix then add the bay leaf , the sprig of thyme and the kreyole hot pepper adjust the seasoning if needed

  5. Simmer for 15 minutes over low heat

  6. Serve with rice and enjoy 😋
