Filets of halibut in a herb and parmesan crust baked to perfection it is delicious and easy-to-make, perfect for a quick dinner.

    parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 4clove
    garlic, finely chopped
  • 2tbsp
    parsley, fresh, chopped

  • 1tbsp

  • 1tbsp
    ground black pepper
  • 2tsp
    paprika
  • 1/2tbsp
    thyme
  • 1/2tbsp

How to make Parmesan Crusted Halibut

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or gas mark 6.

  2. In a shallow bowl or on a plate, combine the parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, parsley, and lemon zest. Toss until evenly blended.
