Strawberry Mango Smoothie is the perfect blend of ripe strawberries, luscious mango, creamy yogurt, and a touch of cardamom.

This lovely combination results in a refreshing, creamy, and tangy sip- is a super choice for the summer or any special gathering.

Ingredients

2 Servings
  • 1cup
    fresh or frozen Strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 1cup
    fresh or frozen Mango (diced)
  • 3/4cup
    plain Yogurt
  • 1/2cup
    Milk
  • 2tbsp
    Honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2tsp
    Cardamom Powder
  • Ice cubes
  • Roasted Cumin Powder for garnish
  • Chopped Pistachios for garnish
  • Lemon wedges
  • 1tbsp
    Sugar for rimming

Method

  1. Combine strawberries, mango, yogurt, milk, honey, and cardamom powder in a blender.

  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  3. For a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again. If using frozen fruits, omit the ice cubes.

  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness to your liking.

  5. Before serving, glide a lemon wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the rim into sugar for a delightful sweetness with every sip.

  6. Pour the smoothie into the glasses and garnish with roasted cumin powder and pistachios.

  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
