    store-bought Golgappas
  • 3/4cup
    Boneless Chicken (boiled and shredded)
  • 1cup
    Bell Peppers (red, green, yellow) (finely chopped)
  • 1cup
    Cabbage (shredded)
  • 1tbsp
    Hot Chilli Sauce
  • 1/2cup
    Mayonnaise
  • 1tsp
    Salt
  • 1tsp
    Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1tsp
    Oregano
  • 1tsp
    Black pepper powder
  • 3/4cup
    Cheese (grated)

How to make Pizza Golgappa

  1. Combine shredded chicken, chopped bell peppers, shredded cabbage, hot chilli sauce, salt, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper and grated cheese in a large mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.

  2. Make a small hole in the centre of each golgappa.

  3. Stuff a tbsp of the prepared chicken stuffing into each golgappa.

  4. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the stuffed golgappas.

  5. Preheat the oven/air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.

  6. Bake the golgappas in the preheated oven/air fryer for 3-4 minutes.

  7. Serve hot.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Adjust the spice levels and seasonings according to your taste.

  2. Instead of using chicken, you can prepare this recipe using paneer (Indian cottage cheese) and vegetables.
