How to make Fruit Punch Kulfi
In a heavy-bottomed pan, pour milk and bring it to a boil.
Add sugar, cardamom powder, rock salt and powdered nuts to the pan.
Cook on low-medium heat, stirring constantly and scraping down the sides until the milk reduces to half and attains a thick consistency. To check the correct consistency, the thickened mixture should create a layer on the back of the ladle.
Remove the pan from heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Blend a cup of frozen fruits in a mixer to form a smooth pulp.
Finely chop the strawberries and set them aside.
Once the milk mixture has cooled, pour in the fruit pulp and the cream. Whisk the mixture well and then add the chopped strawberries and stir.
Pour the prepared milk mixture into kulfi or popsicle moulds and place them in the freezer until they become firm.
Unmould the kulfi and serve immediately. Enjoy!
