Ingredients
- 12ozmung bean sprouts
- 8ozextra firm tofu
- 1carrot julienned
- 10shrimps head removed
- 1tomatotomato cubed
- 1onion chopped
- 4cloves garlic minced
- 1red bell pepper cut into strips
- 1green bell pepper into strips
- 2tbspoyster sauce
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2tbspfish sauce
How to make Easy Sauted Toge with Tofu _ Filipino style
1.Fry tofu until golden brown, then cube and set aside.
2.Sauté garlic, onion, and tomato until softened.
3.Add shrimp and cook until orange.
4.Add tofu, cook for 30 seconds.
5.Add mung bean sprouts and carrot, sauté for 2 minute.
6.Add bell peppers, cook for 1 minute.
7.Season with oyster sauce, fish sauce and black pepper.
8.Serve hot with rice.
Tips & Tricks
You can also fry the shrimps first before combining it with the dish and can add 5 tbsp of water if you want it more saucy....I love eating this dish with rice and fried fish particularly the milk fish....
