Cumin Chicken Wings and Potatoes Bite

Ingredients
- 20piecechicken wings
- 2piecepotatoes
- 2tsplight soy sauce
- 2tspdark soy sauce
- 1tspsalt
- 1/2tsppepper
- 1tbspminced garlic
- 1tbspwhite sesame seed
- 2tspcumin powder
- chopped coriander leaves
- sliced chili
How to make Cumin Chicken Wings and Potatoes Bite
Cut the chicken wings in half and cut the potatoes into strips.
Marinate the chicken wings with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and pepper for one hour.
Heat the oil in a deep bottom wok, fry the potato strips on medium heat until slightly golden brown. Set aside.
Fry the chicken wings with the remaining oil in the wok over medium heat until the chicken wings are browned, charred on the outside, and tender on the inside. Set aside.
Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then return the potato strips and chicken wings to the wok and stir-fry together. Add the white sesame seed and cumin powder, stir-fry again until all the ingredients are well combined.
Garnish with some sliced chilies and chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve a crispy texture.
Marinating the chicken wings for longer can enhance the flavor.
