Peanut Alu

  • 4cups
    boiled chopped potato
  • 1tbsp
    Desi ghee
  • 1tsp
    cumin seeds
  • 10
    curry leaves
  • roasted peanuts, coarsely ground
  • 1tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1tsp
    grated ginger
  • 3
    chopped green chillies
  • 1tsp
    sendha namak
  • chopped green coriander leaves

Cucumber Raita

  • 1cup
    beaten curd
  • 1/4cup
    grated and squeezed cucumber
  • salt, red chilli powder, and roasted cumin seeds powder to taste

How to make Peanut Alu & Cucumber Raita

Peanut Alu

  1. Heat Desi ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and curry leaves.

  2. Add potatoes, cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Add peanuts and salt, mix well and cover again for a minute.

  4. Add the remaining ingredients, cook for a minute, and serve hot.

  1. Mix beaten curd, grated and squeezed cucumber, salt, red chilli powder, and roasted cumin seeds powder.
