How to make Gravy Manchurian
Manchurian Balls
Mix all the vegetables with garlic, ginger, green chilli, spring onion, cabbage, carrot, French beans, and capsicum.
Add salt, black pepper powder, soya sauce, cornflour, and poha powder. Mix well until the vegetables release water and bind into a good mix.
Shape the mixture into small-sized balls.
Deep fry the balls in hot oil over low to medium heat until golden brown.
Gravy
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, ginger, and green chilli. Sauté for 10 seconds.
Add spring onion, carrot, and capsicum. Sauté for another 10 seconds.
Add salt, black pepper powder, soya sauce, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, cornflour slurry, and water.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Add the Manchurian balls and cook for a minute.
Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
