  • 1cup
    dry fruits (almonds, cashew, pistachio)
  • 1cup
    fox nuts (approx 50 pieces)
  • 4tbsp
    coriander powder
  • 8tbsp

How to make Dhaniya Panjiri Ka Bhog Prasad

Prepare panjiri

  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add dry fruits and fry until golden. Keep aside and divide into two parts. Coarsely grind one part.

  2. In the same ghee, fry the fox nuts and coarsely grind them.

  3. Heat 1 spoon of ghee in a pan. Add coriander powder and cook on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

  4. Switch off the flame and add dry fruits, fox nuts, and sugar powder. Mix well.
