- 1tbspchat masala
Tamarind Chutney
- 1/2cuptamarind
- 1cupwater
Final Assembly
- 1piecelarge onion
- 2piecetomato
- 1tbspcoriander leaves
- 2tbspspice mix
- 3tbspgreen chutney
- 2 1/2tbsptamarind chutney
- 1tbsplemon juice

In the morning, strain the matar and add salt, cloves, and water.
Pressure cook until 6 to 7 whistles.

Keep aside.

Mix well and mash some matar while doing this.
Serving
Add ginger juliennes, chopped tomatoes, onion, and coriander.
