How to make Amritsari Famous Nutri Masala

Step 1

    Pressure cook the soya nutri chunks with water till 1 whistle.

    When the pressure releases, open the cooker.

    Wash the soya chunks in cold water 3 to 4 times.

    Squeeze out extra water and keep aside.

    Heat desi ghee in a kadahi and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle.

    Add spinach puree, capsicum, and water. Cook till the gravy releases ghee.
