A quick and delicious dinner idea, this Egg Roll Bowl is full of flavor, easy to make, and so satisfying!

Ingredients
- 1lbground pork
- 1tbspsesame oil
- 1small yellow onion, diced
- 2clovegarlic, minced
- 1small carrot, julienned
- 2cupsshredded green cabbage
- 1/2cupgreen onions, chopped
- 4tbspsoy sauce
- 1tbsprice vinegar
- 1tbspfresh ginger, grated
- 2tspsugar
- 1dashsesame seeds
- 1dashSriracha
- 1cupcooked white rice
How to make Egg Roll Bowl
Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, Sriracha, and grated ginger.
Push the meat to one side of the pan, and sauté onions and garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add shredded carrot and cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft but still crunchy.
Pour in the sauce and mix everything together. Add some sesame seeds then taste and adjust with extra soy sauce if needed.
Serve over a bowl of rice and top with some more sesame seeds and a drizzle of Sriracha for some extra heat. Enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
For a low-carb version, serve over cauliflower rice instead of regular rice.
Adjust the amount of Sriracha to your preferred level of heat.
