Quick, Easy, and Delicious Snack

Ingredients

(1 serving = 5 pieces )
  • 10
    small potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Parsley Flakes
  • Italian Seasoning

Method

  1. Boil the potatoes for about 8 mins in instant pot or the stove.

  2. Once the boiled potatoes are cooled down, set them on the baking tray and press them with a glass or a small bowl to make them flat.

  3. Once flat, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and black pepper. Also, sprinkle Italian seasoning and dry parsley flakes on the potatoes.

  4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and bake the potatoes for about 35 mins, switch sides in between when there is about 15 mins left. Once done, broil them for 2-3 mins and let them sit outside the oven for a min.

  5. Serve them hot, and pair them with mint chutney or ketchup.
