How to make Kerala style crab roast

  1. Step 1

    Take a Kadai or large cooking pan. Turn the flame to medium and add cooking oil. When the oil turns hot add mustard.after all the mustard poped you can add curry leaves to it.

  2. Step 2

    Then we can add sliced onions and sort well.when it turns to pink color add tomato, ginger garlic paste, green chilly and salt.

  3. Step 3

    Then give a mix . add all the curry powders into it and sort for five minutes. Add water to it and add the crab.

  4. Step 4

    Cook for 10 minutes. Add lemon juice and cook for another 1 minute. Then turn off the flame.Your hot and spicy crab roast is ready to serve.
