Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 1)
  • 4cup
    - fully fat milk
  • 1cup
    - fresh cream
  • 3tbsp
    - vinegar
  • pinch
    Salt

How to make HOME MADE Cream Cheese

  1. In a medium flame boil milk. Don't forget to Stir continuously. When the bubbles appear along side the milk turn to low flame and add the rest ingredients to it.

  2. ie, fresh cream,vinegar and salt then turn off the flame.

  3. Take a bowl and place a stainer in it. You have to put a piece of cloth above the strainer.then pour the prepared milk into the cloth.

  4. In order to cool down add 1 glass of cool water to it. Don't forget to strain excess water in it.

  5. In a mixer grinder put the cheese mixture and grind well until it becomes smooth.

  6. Your cheese cream is ready to serve

Tips & Tricks

  1. You can add 2 tbsp of butter while grinding to get a smooth cream cheese.

  2. If you want to make cream cheese cake with these recipe you can add gelatin / agar agar to make it into stiff form unless if you needed.
