    chicken breast
  • 2piece
    carrot
  • 1piece
    green pepper
  • 1cup
    peas
  • 2tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1piece
    scotch bonnet pepper
  • 2piece
    red bell pepper
  • 1piece
    onion
  • 2cup
    chicken stock
  • 1pinch
    salt
  • 1piece
    bouillon cube (chicken flavor)

How to make Shredded Chicken Sauce

Prepare Chicken

  1. Wash and boil the chicken breast, seasoning with salt.

  2. Add diced onions and bring to a boil.

  3. Sieve the stock and shred the cooked chicken.

Prepare Sauce

  1. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and add diced onions.

  2. Add blended Scotch bonnet and red bell peppers, and fry for 2 minutes.

  3. Add cut vegetables and stir.

  4. Add a pinch of salt, bouillon cube to taste, and 1 cup of sieved chicken stock.

  5. Cook for a minute, then add shredded chicken breast.

  6. Mix well, cover, and let cook for 5 minutes.
