    pasta (fusilli, penne, or your choice)
  • 1cup
    fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2cup
    grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3cup
    pine nuts
  • 2clove
    garlic
  • 1/2cup
    olive oil
  • 1cup
    cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper

How to make Pesto Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

  2. In a food processor, blend the basil, Parmesan, pine nuts, and garlic. Gradually add olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Toss the pasta with the pesto sauce. Add cherry tomatoes and mix well.
