    butter

    potatoes, boiled and mashed

    water
  • 2tbsp
    coriander leaves, chopped

How to make Mumbai-Style Pav Bhaji

Prepare the Bhaji

  1. Heat butter in a large pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
