How to make Instant Pot Spicy Venison Meatballs
Lightly grease the bottom of the pot with Oil
In a large mixing bowl grated the Potato and Onion. Add ground Venison, Breadcrumbs, Spices, chopped Coriander and Egg, mix with your hand until well combined. Roll medium size meatballs and place in pot. Add tomato sauce, if you not using a sauce add 120ml water. Close the Instant Pot and set the steam release valve to close position. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes, medium pressure. Once done cooking, leave the release valve until pressure has release naturally
