- 4medium Ripe Bananas, mashed
- 1/2cupSoft Margarine/Butter
- 3/4cupSugar
- 1tspVanilla Essence
- 2Eggs
- 1cupand 1/2 Flour
- pinchof Salt
- 2tspBaking Powder

How to make Air Fryer Mini Banana Bread Loafs
In medium size mixing bowl, cream together the Sugar and Margarine/Butter until the sugar is dissolved.
Add in the Eggs and Vanilla Essence, whisk until well combined.
Mix in the mashed Bananas.
In another bowl, combine the Flour, Baking powder and Salt
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix until you have a smooth, silky dough.
Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and lightly grease your mini loaf pans. Pour the batter into the pans, filling them about three-quarters full to allow room for rising.
Cook for 15-20 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs. Once done, let the loaves cool slightly before removing them from the pans.
Tips & Tricks
Remember that the riper the bananas, the sweeter your banana bread will be. However, if you prefer, you can cut the sugar down to half a cup
Don't have mini loaf pans, no problem! Don't throw away your empty tuna tins! Just give them a good soak and wash and you have great shape banana loaf to serve your guest.
