- 2tspBaking powder
- pinchof Salt
- pinchof Cayenne Pepper or Black Pepper
- Half of Onion, finely chopped
- 1cupGrated Cheddar Cheese or your favorite variety
- 150mLMilk
- 1Egg, beaten
- Cooking Spry
How to make Air Fryer Cheese and Onion Muffins
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and cayenne pepper.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the milk.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
Fold in the cheese and onion or your chosen add-ins, ensuring they're evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Spoon the batter into 6 greased tuna tins.
Preheat your air fryer to180°C (356°F)
Carefully place the muffin cups in the air fryer basket and cook for about 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Allow the muffins to cool slightly before serving.
