- 1/2tbspof salt to taste
- 1 1/2tbspof cornflour

How to make Indian Crispy Potato Bites
For seasoning and boiling process
In a medium bowl add in your potatoes
Once cleaned with clean and fresh water slice them into box shaped
Place inside warm water and season with tumeric and salt to taste
Boil them under medium high heat for 3 mins. Don't overcook your Potatoes
Dry them completely by use of a clean towel or food rack ,which will help drain the water completely
You can divide the portion into two bowls and add in tablespoon of cornflour and gently mix completely
Deep fry till golden and crispy
Once done serve when fresh and warm. Serve with ketchup, garlic sauce, or a side dish with grilled meat. Enjoy,!!
